Okay, that makes sense. I think there might be a couple of tunnels in Wheeling that have interstate highway type bridges over them.

A couple of thoughts:

1. I think that this photograph depicts the wrong tunnel.

2. The photograph is watermarked with a copyright symbol. Should we be using it on here?

Yes, if the folks in Wheeling can accomplish that project, they will have one of the most interesting rail-trails nationwide. The southern Mt. Wood tunnel has collapsed in the middle. That is probably the biggest obstacle for the project.

Hopefully Mt. Wood (S) and the adjacent deck truss are also converted whenever you are in the area.
