This bridge and its state of usage is up for grabs so to speak it was never completly abonded as it has constantly been used for switch engine traffic to Kohler Company (Kolher sinks,Engines,Generators). Part of this line has been abonded and the abondend parts of the track were further westbound swich engine wise. However heavy rail freight stopped in late 70's early 80's. There is plans in the works to get the line completly up and running if Union Pacific is willing to work with the small time rail line that is upgrading part of that line that has been abonded comming from the west. As of now the line is going to be owned half by Union Pacific and half by the small time rail line.
