Description
This bridge was intended to replace the Murray Morgan/11th Street Bridge over City/Thea Foss Waterway on WA 509. It is not the first crossing on the southern end of the waterway. The 15th Street Bridge existed for much of the 20th century until plans for I-705 and its age lead to its demolition in the early 1980s.
