Looks like youre right, which is pretty rare to keep the same truss bridge in this area. Usually they either relocate the truss to a park or put a new superstructure when they rebuild the bridge.

It appears to me like this is still the original bridge. Perhaps it was just repaired and painted. Truss type and panel count matches, and a new replacement truss would normally be welded.
