Description
"Want Road Through Mascot Macadamized," article in the Daily Journal and Tribune, Knoxville, Tenn., April 13, 1913 states "The county has just finished erecting a concrete bridge across Roseberry creek on this road, at a cost of about $6,000, the road* to be piked." *road is known as new extension of Rutledge pike to Straw Plains. in 1912 the Esquires were I. N. White, W. P. Tarver,Cardewll and R. P. Williams.
