I couldn't see anything for the first couple zooms. Then I finally did notice a plaque on the third try. The shape and bolt pattern definitely match the typical Mt. Vernon plaque.

If you zoom in on the left corner of the stringer there is a plaque that looks like a vernon bridge co. plaque. thoughts?
