ATRR - Overpass

HistoricAerials atlases aren't exactly clear, but it appears to be a line that connects to a Southern Railway line, but it's unclear if it's part of the Alcoa Terminal or Southern.

One half of this overpass is supposed to become a road, and the other will be built into the Pistol Creek Greenbelt.

Does anyone have info on what road or railroad ran under this bridge? It doesn't appear to have been demolished, but I could not see it on Google maps.
