Description
This bridge is located off of South Penn Hall Drive and Kitts Outdoor Arena which is adjacent to Wilson College. My GPS noted the private road as Wenger Road.
I don't believe the railroad is in use anymore. South of this line has been converted to The Chambersburg Rail Trail.
