The other bridge is http://bridgehunter.com/pa/cumberland/bh79677/ It is obviously older. Looks like it might originally have been on different abutments (late 1800's or early 1900's) and lower complete guess work. Second reincarnation appears to have been on early 1900's abutments in current position but maybe with a double truss. Current configuration looks like they added piers raised it and used plate girders. All guess work though.

I have to agree with you both on this bridge,Royce and Bobette Haley.Is the other bridge next to it older?Also,any news on a possible rail to trail use for this bridge?
Doubtful this bridge was built in the '30s given the spans and piers.

I deleted the bridge on Dauphin County and moved it to Cumberland County.
