Any the pony girder bridge is a footbridge, noted by flowerpots installed as rudimentary bollards to keep traffic from crossing it at it being marked as "closed" in the NBI.

Geoff, there was literally nothing at your "corrected location" at the midpoint between the footbridge and the Waterview Place bridge.
Michael, the apartments used to be a mill complex. The three bridges (All of which have the red faux truss railing.) were obviously made to connect the individual mill building to the main road.
Huh what an odd one, why exactly was this built? I assume for pedestrian usage regarding the apartments. Even so it's quite an odd reason to build a bridge leading right out to a road instead of a parking lot.
