Design
The Cow Creek Bridge in a pin-connected Pratt through truss built in 1905. This was a common type of bridge built by the railroads around the turn of the 20th century. The pin-connected technology is considered obsolete by modern standards but many pin-connected trusses still serve the railroads today.
