New bridge?
This is the bridge at the listed coordinates

It has to be the same bridge, but it could use some further investigation. It looks like the railings were repaired and painted white.
You can see the arch in 2012 imagery and there's no way a 24' wide two lane bridge could be built today.
Janis,
I looked up the Historic Bridge Inventory listing for this bridge. The photos show an arch bridge with New Jersey barriers. I posted the photos in the gallery for reference. So the arch bridge might look modern from on top. Additionally, your photo also shows a bridge with New Jersey Barriers... and most notably your photos show a bridge with no shoulder. If the bridge had been replaced, I would expect to see a shoulder almost as wide as the traffic lanes. So my guess is this is still an arch bridge, but it was probably hard to see due to the foliage plus the New Jersey barriers may cantilever out slightly making it harder to see the arch. This is what I would call a "winter bridge" since it requires a winter bridge to easily photo.
Too much foliage to see the bridge very well, but the bridge looks new to me. I can't be sure there was no arch present, but from what I could see, I don't think there is.
I think it is same bridge.I remember reading in the star beacon(local newspaper for Ashtabula county)that the Rt193 bridge over Ashtabula river would be closed for repair this past summer.
