I did some very minor research and this is a former Erie/Erie-Lackawanna, not New York Central.
The design is a lattice truss as stated, but the bridge is very likely on the Erie R.R. Several identical twins remain on the Erie's Southern Tier Line. The Central runs along the lake shore in Ohio, and their lattices were replaced around a hundred years ago.
Its a Lattice (Quadruple Intersection Warren, or Quadrangular if you prefer), probably built by New York Central judging by the portal bracing.
Not sure on the design of the pair of bridges. Found a picture on flickr.
