Description
Double-track bridge carrying CSX Selkirk Branch over the Mohawk River just west of Rotterdam Junction; built c1924 as part of the Selkirk Yard/Castleton Bridge project to bypass Albany. Originally two Warren deck trusses with a combination of Pratt deck truss and deck plate girder approach spans. Around 2011-12 the approaches were replaced with deck plate girder spans during 24-hour shutdowns.
