It's a shame these plaques have been vandalized. The little top piece on image 4 has a 95 cast into it. If the truss isn't 95' long, then I'd say we can change the 'around 1895' to 1895.

If someone has the time, they can research the names of those listed on the other plaque and determine when they served. The bridge was authorized during the window during which they served together.
