North Fork Blackwater bridge

I went back to the oldest NBI and found a truss over N Fork and applied it here. No idea where the road name came from.

FWIW, the NBI has two modern bridges along this stretch of road and seems to have their pins swapped based on lengths and aerial images.

Road does not seem to exist. I have hunted for NW 1331 RD, over the North Fork Blackwater River. The closest I have come is perhaps NW 1251st RD.
