Does anyone have pictures of this bridge? I am planninng a model rr, and one of my sections will be of the "downtown" area of KC east of Union Station. I am going to use an HO scale Art Deco underpass (modified from a Walthers kit) with other structures, maybe an Ho scale hospital. Is it possible to get several shots of this bridge from different vantage points, like you've done for other bridges?

Hello, Does anyone have pictures of this bridge. One bridge, if it is still in this location, is the Rock Island steel deck girder bridge over Manchester Trafficway by Leeds Jct. You have to exit I-70 onto Manchester, and go south. This bridge carried the RI over Leeds Jct on a double-track girder and through truss bridge before the RI joined Frisco, MP, and KCS tracks on the way to Sheffield Jct. Apparently, there was also a KCS bridge just west of the RI bridges. KCS has some interesting bridges in the area: a long girder bridge in Grandview and a long, tall steel trestle that crossed 63rd street. Do we know if these bridges are in place? Keep up the great work!!! This is my favorite website, and I visit about every week. Thanks for the photos.
