Description

The original bridge on this site was a town truss built in 1828. It was lost in 1839 due to a Freshet. It is uncertain if this bridge was covered or not.

The bridge above was a double barrel covered bridge. It was a toll bridge until 1924. It was replaced with a steel truss bridge in 1935.

For information on a future replacement bridge please see Bridgehunter #19820.
