I suspect this line was Missouri Pacific. MOPAC had a line north out of Ferriday, through Clayton to Rayville, and there was another branch that ran north to Tallulah out of Clayton. Information gathered from Abandoned Rails.

I'm pretty sure the only reason this bridge remains extant at this time is that no one has bothered to clear the surrounding land. The area is surrounded by fields cleared for agricultural use, but this little island of green on the border between Madison and Tensas Parishes holds this railroad remnant and bridge.
