Bonner Street Viaduct
Posted October 3, 2020, by Robert L. Stephens (tylerhotel [at] hotmail [dot] com)

I grew up in Ruston. The old bridge, built of timbers, was a landmark. We (kids) used to stand on the center and wait for steam engines puffing black smoke. It was just one of the many wonders of the area for boys. This new bridge is much stronger and does not shake, but will never have the same memories.
