Pleasant Run Bridge

I have to wonder if perhaps this bridge was located at 37.58113, -86.52019. There is a remnant of a steel structure on a concrete abutment that predates the current "bridge" that consists of a few large culverts with concrete poured over them. Here's a picture of that remnant:
