I think 1949 could be spot on - photos taken today, or this is a replacement/modification of something that existed that was much older

I have not seen this bridge, but based on what I have seen in Republic County (and its lightweight appearance on Google Maps), this bridge might be MUCH older than 1949. Try 1880-1920 potentially...
