I am glad to see photos of this one. I would guess that it was probably built ca. 1900, likely between 1890 and 1910. I can't speculate on a builder yet.

Neat one visited yesterday. Solid but all floorboards missing. Dropped pin bit misleading - road to north and south not exactly connected to bridge, and of course not a through street....looks private to south.
