My parents had three or four 35mm colored slide photos of this old bridge, one of them with me on it when I was five years old wearing my brand new roller skates. The photos were taken on July 5th in 1947 and I think the bridge had just been restored, because it was freshly painted and bright red. My parents passed away four years ago and my brother and I have searched for those lost slides, but still haven't found them. Hopefully, someday, I will be able to post them on this site.
