Looks like a duplicate of:

http://bridgehunter.com/ks/leavenworth/520500/

which was replaced a couple of years ago. The old highway map shows this alignment at least as far back as 1966.

Walked several hundred yards west of 178th Street looking for any traces of this old bridge, took a photo (posted) of the most likely place that a bridge may have once been located.....this bridge is extant
