Mike is correct, the Miller Bridge is on CR 500W and the 2 Dongola Bridges are 2 miles to the East on CR 300W.
I believe you may be getting mixed up with Miller Bridge, which is a few miles west on Miller Road http://bridgehunter.com/in/pike/6300157/
EXCELLENT!!! I love the job! The road between this and South Fork Patoka Bridge is repaired and you can drive to both!
There are actually two bridges here, One is on 1200 E in Gibson County crossing the South Fork Patoka River and one crossing the Patoka River. The main river is the jurisdictional boundary between Gibson and Pike Counties. We were just out there in the spring and there was a sign posted with all kinds of public notices. It appears that one or both of them have been slated for restoration.
Let me say that again ... the documents indicated RESORATION not demolition.
The signage is posted on the southern bridge on the south side and I couldn't make out whether one or both were to be restored.
This bridge along with the bridge below it on CR300W are part of what is considered to be the Patoka river bridge historic district.
Bridges are still standing strong, luckily with minimal graffiti!
