Tilley Ditch Bridge CR N 400 NE (1)

Unfortunately, this bridge will not return, BUT I believe I have solved the mystery. This is a duplicate entry of Branch Tilley Ditch Albrecht Road Bridge http://bridgehunter.com/in/knox/4200221/. Made a visit today. 1st bridge going Northwest on Albrecht is over Branch Tilley Ditch. 2nd bridge is over Tilley Ditch. I will delete this entry (being that I added it) in a couple of days, unless someone thinks otherwise.

See, now if they’d RESTORE historic bridges instead of demolish them all, we wouldn’t have to solve these mysteries!!

What I'm thinking is that this bridge is Branch Tilley Ditch http://bridgehunter.com/in/knox/4200221/ , which is the bridge to the west, and that Tilley Ditch CR N 400 NE (2) http://bridgehunter.com/in/knox/bh74695/ is the other to the east. ?? BTW, excuse the excessive rambling

Maybe not...notice how there's two crossings on this stretch of road. There's also different inventory numbers for the two.

And upon checking the NBI for 1996...

For THIS bridge, I see this:

CR N400NE 00049 TILLEY DITCH 700N-650E Steel Truss 39.0 37.1 -- -- -- 4200222

For the other, I see this:

CR N400NE 00049 BRANCH OF TILLEY DITCH 675N-625E Steel Truss 39.0 37.1 1920 -- -- 4200221

(The locations are given as 700N-650E and 675N-625E, which is such technical language that it doesn't make much sense in layman.)

Still possible that data was conflated or else otherwise mixed up somehow and it really was two entries for one single bridge, but...even now, there's still two distinct entries along this same stretch of road.

I'm inclined to go with there really were two trusses here. Both being replaced the same year wouldn't really be surprising.

I believe that this is the same as entry http://bridgehunter.com/in/knox/4200221/. Anyone?
