I believe this to have been a very old product of the Wrought Iron Bridge Company. The unique portal bracing appears to match that of this confirmed WIBCo built span: http://bridgehunter.com/oh/hancock/broad-st/

The road name was likely spelled out in those days, where now numbers are commonly used.
