New I-74 Bridge

There’s been issues with vehicles getting onto the new I-74 bridge’s pedestrian walkway even though motorized vehicles are prohibited from driving on it. Concrete barriers were recently installed at both ends since a drunk driver drove an SUV onto the walkway and ran over 3 pedestrians that resulted in 2 fatalities.
