Thanks for clarifying, Luke. I'm not sure the WIBC listing is wrong as one of the Rezner bridges on this site is listed as Built by WIBC. This seems odd to me but as I don't yet know the history of the two companies, my opinion is not yet fully formed.

Luke, I found this picture. My first guess is that it was on C16/120 and it is almost certainly a Rezner:

Were there two bowstrings in town? If not, are your location and builder correct?

Note:
The bridge was almost certainly lead white (top coat). A common color that would highlight any issues or problems as well as being visible. The struts (across the top) are dark. While it could be black, red also shows up as black on black and white photos. I'm guessing red as the color difference seems intentional, probably to warn people coming across on top loaded hay wagons (e.g. 'watch your head).
