Delhi Dam (Delaware County, Iowa)
Built 1929, Partially destroyed 2010 when significant rainfall caused dam failure.
Dam over Maquoketa River, top of the dam was used as a bridge.
Road partially rebuilt, but no longer connects across.

Eggner's Ferry Bridge (Marshall County, Kentucky)
Built 1932; one span demolished after strike from ship on January 26, 2012; reopened to traffic on May 25, 2012, demolished July 2016
Lost through truss bridge over Tennessee River on US 68/KY 80
Replaced by a new bridge

Opened January 12, 1898 with 5 Main Spans, 4 more outer spans built 1903 after flooding washed out approaches, collapsed 1965 when replacement span was being built, replacement bridge opened 1967 slightly downstream

San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge (San Francisco County, California)
Built 1936; Key System tracks removed 1958; rehabilitated 1962; partial collapse due to earthquake in 1989; west span seismic retrofit 2013; east span replaced 2013.
Suspension bridge over San Francisco Bay on I-80 connecting San Francisco, Yerba Buena Island, and Oakland. New eastern span is a 1400 foot single anchored suspension bridge

Schoharie Creek Bridge (Montgomery County, New York)
Built 1953-54; collapsed April 5, 1987, killing ten people; replaced by new bridge 1988

Silver Bridge (Gallia County, Ohio)

Sunshine Skyway Bridge (Old) (Pinellas County, Florida)
Northbound bridge opened 1954, Southbound bridge opened in 1971. Southbound bridge destroyed in ship accident on May 9, 1980. Main spans imploded in 1990 but some of the approach spans surive as fishing piers
Lost Cantilevered through truss bridge over Intracoastal Waterway - Tampa Bay shipping channel on I-275, US 19
