PRR - Embarras River Bridge (Coles County, Illinois)
Terre Haute and Peoria Railroad, a Vandalia branch in Illinois, which no longer exists.This bridge is over the Embarras River along Route 133 west of the little town of Oakland. Thanks to Lee Appleton for this find and history.

PRR - Mud Creek Bridge (Tipton County, Indiana)
Once part of the PRR's route from Cincinnati to Chicago(via Anoka and Logansport), this route hosted passenger trains until 1971 before Amtrak was formed. Left out of Conrail, it was abandoned starting in 1976. Unknown when bridge was removed.

IUT Traction Company(later Indiana Railroad) went under the double tracked Panhandle(Pennsylvania RR) before arriving at the Wabash River and soon Logansport. Abutments are still there, bridge filled in and WSRY still runs the line overhead.
