This line connected Iola, Gas, and La Harpe, beginning operation in 1901. In 1902 they built and served an "Electric Park" with roller coasters, dancing, boating, swimming, movies and other attractions. Attendance was 250,000 in 1907. They ceased operation in March 1919 after a 1918 tornado destroyed the power plant.
