Not really of immediate interest to me but since we can't do a boolean category search, there may be times when such a category would be useful.

Since those conditions are already taken care of, then that Category shouldn't exist - I have removed the few bridges that were in it.

"Covered bridge open to traffic" is superfluous of both the "covered" and "open to traffic" categories...
