Jason,

I am not sure what this bridge carries. The design is nearly identical (aside from being smaller) to two other bridges I am aware of. The Grand Tower Pipeline Bridge over Mississippi River carries natural gas. Like the Grand Tower bridge, I assume this one dates to the 1950s as well.

What is the product that flows thru this pipe? Water, Gas etc?

Drove past this on my way to Dallas in December 2004 thought it was the highway bridge until I got closer, never did figure out what it was until I seen it on this site. Thank for the information.
