Description 

There are three tunnels bored thru soild rock that the Hwy passes thru on one side of the Wind River, and 4 or 5 tunnels on the BNSF railraod right of way. also there is a tuss bridge that crosses the wind river just below the dam for the Railroad. the rialroad also passes under the highway near the dam thru a tunnel.
