Elk River Bridge

Addison is also known as Webster Springs. In fact, I had no idea it was called Addison until I tried to find Webster Springs on a map tonight. Both bridges in town were fabricated by the Pan-American Bridge Co. and erected by Nelson Clark of Luray, VA.
