The downriver view In this photo, you can see four ways across the Ohio River. In the forground, the Fort Henry Bridge, right behind it is the Wheeling Suspension Bridge. Downriver a few miles is the Viet Nam Vets Memorial Bridge that carries I-470 across the river.
