The location is pretty easy to get to. It seemed to be mostly park space when I was there. It is located near where Lawe Street crosses the Fox River in Appleton, just south of Lawerence University.

Pretty sure John made the entry for the steel stringer, not the swing bridge, which has its own entry.

Actually, that is a completely different bridge in the Street View. The swing bridge is hidden in the trees off to the right.
