North Approach

There are a pair of bridges at this location, as a trangle intersection crosses a branch of the Root River here, at the west entrance to the park. The twin is just to the right of the parked car.

The East Parapet

Like most arch bridges built in Milwaukee County Parks in the depression era, the arch was filled with earth and paved over.

The West Face

A stone fascade covers the concrete arch on both bridges.

Retaining Wall

Both bridges have curved retaining walls that support the arches.
