Okay, that's what I figured. Since this was gleaned from the NBI, I was thinking that the type of bridge was incorrect. You can't always trust the NBI.

There's a cornucopia of bridges with pseudo-covered bridge facades added onto them, so the substructure probably IS an arch, but it has had a pseudo-covered bridge facade added to it.

This is definitely not an arch bridge; it actually looks like a covered bridge as seen in Google street view.
