Yeah it must be if you look at the satellite imagery close. There are standing portions scattered all over the flume with collapsed timber sections piled up in between. If the abandonment date is correct then this bridge certainly fell apart fast. Maybe it was in poor shape even before being officially abandoned.

The flume ran for about 9-miles so I guess it was actually 47520-feet long.

47,000 ft long?? Or 4,700 feet long?
