Description

Originally built for the Burlington & Lamoille Railroad, a shortline connecting Essex Junction Vt to Cambridge Junction VT. When the line collapsed in 1938 the St. J & LC took over this bridge and a short run of trackage to give access to Jeffersonville. The line was out of service by the 80's and was formally abandoned with the rest of the line in the 90's. Like a few other bridges on the line it has been converted to a rail trail
