The name of the road was Richland Bend Road. I found a press release from Ellis County dated January 23 that said this bridge has been slated for replacement.

The name of the road where you turn off FM 308 is no longer Brannon Road. It is something like River ____. GPS coordinates took me there anyway. Road gets VERY interesting if you continue driving past the bridge.
