Iowa flood update

The situation continues to deteriorate in parts of Iowa with historic flood levels wiping out bridges. A 1903 railroad bridge in Cedar Rapids was destroyed this morning. Meanwhile, a railroad bridge in Winneshiek County
also collapsed, damaging the approach to an adjacent highway bridge. It's likely that other bridges will be lost in this flood.
