Description 

The Blue Ridge RR (later integrated into the Southern Railway & then Norfolk Southern) bridge was built over Three and Twenty creek & when US-76 was widened to 4 lanes, they built the highway bridge under the original RR bridge, in effect creating a bridge over a bridge over a creek.
