Delaware River Bridge

I was looking at pictures of this bridge on Flickr and other sites, and I'm not sure if it's a cantilever deck truss or not. Here's two pictures of it on Flickr:

The bridge appears to be a simple deck Warren truss, similar to the former I-35W bridge, only a lot smaller.
