Mount Union Pennsylvania Canal Aqueduct

I'm not sure if when the Pennsylvania Railroad acquired the canal that they tore the aqueduct down or a flood destroyed it. Today you can see 2 piers in the river. There is a stone structure on the mountainside that can be seen from Route 22. I am not sure if this is part of the original structure. If anyone knows any information, please post. Thanks in advance. North on the river is another set of piers that I believe are called Jacks Narrows Aqueduct, also part of Pennsylvania Canal.
