Description 

This bridge features Burr arch trusses that are inside the multiple kingpost trusses rather than the usual technique of sandwiching the trusses. It also has straight beams which follow the curve of the arch. SOURCE: "Pennsylvania's Covered Bridges" Evans and Evans

Bridge was bypassed in 1991.

Plaque at bridge site notes date as circa 1880 versus circa 1850 as it is listed in "Pennsylvania's Covered Bridges" by Evans and Evans
