Dana and Kay,i have to admit you are good! That is the bridge i was talking about. There was talk of putting a bridge over Hay Creek where Rte 82 ends at Rustic Park to serve a planned environmental center. If you look on satellite imagery where Rte 82 ends you can see the building across the creek they want to rehab. It's right in line with the word creek in Hay Creek.Whether this has been done i do not know.If this is done then this bridge can be easily accessed.I do know the daily traffic count had to be before 2014 because i was on that bridge before the year listed and Rte 82 is blocked off at both ends.Tell you what,at the other end on the other side of the quarry the roadway is slowly falling into the stream which can't be controlled so that end will never be reopened. Thanks again for the research.
